Project you are most proud of that you have worked on: I don’t think I can pick just one project! I’m proud of our team and the work we did at the start of the pandemic to drive donations supporting front line healthcare workers at Mount Sinai, one of the hospitals hit hardest by the pandemic. More recently, supporting the NBC team to bring codes to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics was exciting! It’s amazing to see the ah-ha moment when clients see the full potential of Flowcode and all the possibilities for their business. I’m also excited that we are growing the client success team and providing the service and support to empower our creators.
Favorite thing about working at Flowcode: I love the ability to wear multiple hats and work cross functionally with product, design, data, sales, and more. There is always someone you can tap on the shoulder and ask questions to and constantly learn from. Bringing the voice of the customer to the table and sharing it back with the larger team in order to influence the product roadmap is empowering.
Favorite Flowcode in the wild moment: One of our partners, Octopus Interactive, has screens in the back of Ubers/Lyfts. I was in Boston and saw Flowcodes for the first time in the back of the car. There were at least five codes in the span of a short ride, which I was not expecting. Our partners love to share the projects they are working on, but until you see it in real life the full impact doesn’t set in.
What is your superpower: Ability to stay organized when we are moving a mile a minute. I love implementing new processes to streamline and help scale the business!
Best piece of advice you have ever received: Fail fast, fail often. It is not failure, but a learning opportunity to keep moving forward.
